Recruitment Campaign Support: From Offer to Day One
Key Progress
Process Improvements: Introduced new metrics, including median and mode, to refine GCC data and updated metrics on process speeds for better insights and decision-making.
Position Tracking: Addressed all outstanding position number requests to ensure alignment and responsiveness across teams.
Feedback Integration: Incorporated updates from feedback received on the "Final Interview Stage" process improvement deck, with the final version to be shared next week.
These updates emphasise my focus on small improvements for big impacts, while maintaining agility and precision in our workflows.
Talent Intelligence and Capability Development
This Week’s Accomplishments:
Sprint Management: Successfully wrapped up Sprint 9, organised tasks in the Kanban board, and transitioned key actions into the backlog to streamline work.
Agile In Practice: Enhanced team collaboration through Agile ceremonies and initiated the rollout of the premium Microsoft Planner sprint feature to improve workflow efficiency.
Next Steps:
Our priority will shift to refining the backlog and planning for Sprint 10, ensuring focus remains on high-impact initiatives.
New Legal Entity Project
The project is off to a strong start. Below are key highlights:
Stakeholder Engagement
- Identified and connected with stakeholders across workstreams.
- Created a Stakeholder Register to clarify roles and responsibilities.
- Scheduled initial meetings to align objectives.
Planning and Deliverables
- Built out action items using MS Premium Planner for better tracking.
- Refined the project plan and initiated change requests for key systems.
- Drafted supporting documents, including the Stakeholder Register and RAID log, to ensure structured project management.
Personal Development and Team Contributions
At an individual level, I drafted my personal development plan this week and leveraged best practices from the New Legal Entity project to create a reusable framework for MS Premium Planner.
