As the week winds down, I’ve been reflecting on the progress made across different projects and what’s coming up next.

Recruitment Campaign

This has been a long-running focus, and it’s encouraging to see things slotting into place. This week I pushed forward a proposal to improve the way hiring managers prepare for final interviews. I also shared updated templates and process charts for feedback.

Next week, the priority is to keep day-to-day activity on track and run a “lessons learned” session to capture what worked well and what could be better.

Talent & Capability Development

Collaboration has been a real highlight here, with great input helping to refine direction. The latest sprint wrapped up with a retrospective and backlog review. Planning is already underway for the next sprint, with daily stand-ups and review sessions in place.

I’m also looking ahead to a workshop that will help reset priorities and align scope.

Looking Ahead

Balancing recruitment, capability building, and new entity launches has kept things busy, but the momentum is there. I’ll be taking some time off at the end of October, so the aim is to get everything on solid footing before then.
